            The Bender Method of Training™ is an exciting and effective approach to traditional core training utilizing the Bender Ball™.  The program itself is unique and provides you with the theory and resources to become a "critical thinking" leader for effective and results driven programs that are easily adaptable to group exercise programs, one-on-one training, and mind body programs.   Learn how to design and implement a variety of exercises using the Bender Ball to focus on balance, core stabilization, muscular strength, endurance and release.   

               The Bender Method of Training was originally created by Leslee Bender, who has spent over a decade educating health and wellness professionals across the globe.
