FitDecks: Bodyweight, Yoga, Dumbbell, Office, Resistance Tube & Stretch
Frequency: 5 days a week (optional 6th day for stretching)
Duration: 20 minutes (choose any 20 cards from suggested FitDecks)
Equipment: none or some (depends on which FitDecks you use)
