FitDecks: Bodyweight, Yoga, Navy Seal, Combat Sports, pilates, SAQ,
Cross Train, Kettlebell & Core Blast
Frequency: 6 days a week  
Duration (cardio): 30 minutes (running, biking, rowing, stairs, jump rope, etc.)
Duration (FitDeck): 50 minutes (40 FitDeck cards + 10 FitDeck CoreBlast cards)
Equipment: none or some (depends on which FitDecks you use)

Friday: FitDeck Speed, Agility & Quickness (Options: Vertical Jump, Stairs, Cones)
Saturday: FitDeck CrossTrain & Kettlebell (Option: Combat Sports, Dumbbell, Medicine Ball)
